There's always room for change!

Okay, bear with me as I play around with how I've been uploading pictures on my blog.  My darling niece and talented photographer kindly shared with me that my pics on this blog were quite a bit less than perfect. (Still love you Kari). This I've known for quite some time, but I have always blamed it on my 6 year old camera....
Well, no more pointing fingers. I got a new camera for Christmas and no noticable change in the quality of my shots.

I guess it's just me. and the lack of lighting. and my inexperience. and my new cheap camera.  I also was resizing and converting them to a jpg file before uploading them.  No more. We'll see if they are any clearer than before.

And, just when you thought the pictures couldn't get any worse...I had to go and get fancy with a new font last week!  So sorry if my last post prompted a headache for any of you.  "Susie's Hand" proved to be a bit too small for these 43 year old eyes of mine. Won't happen again. I promise. :)

Just the other day I was transferring pictures from my phone to my laptop and thought you might get a kick out of how often I think of you all (my clients and friends) when I'm out and about. If I had a nickel for everytime someone says to me, "Hey, when you're out shopping, if you ever come across a ____________, could you let me know?"  (Fill in the blank with: "lamp, rug, table, basket, bed, chair, sofa" and the list goes on), I'd be able to afford a better camera. Hee hee.

Anyway, here's a random sampling of the photos I've taken on my shopping jaunts. Some of you have seen the items before because I've texted you the pics at the time I spotted them.

Thanks for putting up with me and my amateur blogging!  (I didn't name my business "Room for Change" for nothin'!) Still true for many areas in my life!

Hope you enjoyed this trip down smart phone memory lane.  And one more just to humor me.  A blast from the past.  The very first car that I purchased with my very own money right out of college. I spotted this old beauty at Big Apple Bagel this fall. Mine was gold. Mazda RX-7. A far cry from my mini van/mom-mobile these days.
Ahhh.....glory days. :)  They sure do pass you by.
